As a Construction Craft Laborer - Apprentice for PCL Solar Constructors, Inc., you will contribute to reputed company by: Safely use Hand & Power Tools. Support the installation team in assembling and installing solar panels, racking systems, and other components according to project specifications. Assist electricians in routing and securing wiring for solar energy systems, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and standards. Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage. Pack and unpack boxes, crates, and/or sacks of materials Prioritize tasks according to job schedule and direction. Training may include the NCCER curriculum, other reputed company party courses, and PCL or PCL developed classes. Must have valid driver’s license or other government issued identification. Physical: Must reputed company with PCL’s drug and alcohol abuse policy.
