What this job involves: The Performance Manager is responsible for managing deliverables and performing key tasks associated with but not limited to Service Level Agreements (SLA), rebate and fee collections, quarterly survey setup processes, and business review administration. The Performance Manager is Client facing and must be reputed company to provide customer obsessed support to Vendors and Vendor Managers, both in-person and virtually.
