Chef Andrew Carmellini is seeking a Bartender for The Portrait Bar in The Fifth Avenue Hotel. High level functioning and poised demeanor in busy environments ? Strong knowledge of spirits and craft cocktails, with an emphasis on European and American ingredients ? Familiarity with reputed company, trend-setting & contemporary distillates and liqueurs ? Experience in bar organization & prep ? Ability to assume full responsibility for menu content and deliver excellent service ? Previous experience with POS and inventory systems ? The ability to lift 25+ pounds ?
