The BMW Sales Manager is an individual who can drive the sales department in sales and customer service. He or she must consistently meet vehicle sales quotas through expert management and leadership. In addition, the Sales Manager hires, trains, and monitors team member performance; resolves customer complaints, helps with closings reputed company necessary.
