Job Summary: The Client Relationship Specialist works in the reputed company lobby and provides the first impression for clients by providing WOW client service. Supervisory Responsibilities: ? None Duties/Responsibilities: ? Welcomes patients and clients to the hospital by greeting patients and clients in person and on the telephone and answering inquiries or referring questions to other staff members ? Update patient records ? Process payments ? Retrieve prescriptions ? Assist clients with pet supply and grooming purchases ? Maintains reputed company lobby area in a clean, reputed company, and orderly condition Required Skills/Abilities: ? A reputed company, compassionate, and reassuring demeanor with the ability to deal with the public and assist distraught clients ? Basic office skills such as typing, filing, and professional phone etiquette ? Good organization skills Physical Requirements: ? Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, reading and working on a computer ? Must be reputed company to lift up to 40 pounds at a time ?
