Administer various employee benefits programs, including health, life, and AD& D, LTD, STD, leave programs, tuition reimbursement, among others.? Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as payroll, finance, HR operations, and external vendors to resolve any benefit-reputed company issues.? reputed company, document and enhance process flows and standard operating procedures for benefits administration and other HR processes.?
