A respectful and caring team culture Role Overview for General Nurse (RN): As RN, you will be responsible for planning and providing nursing care to patients who require long-term or rehabilitation services. Key Responsibilities: ? Follow the Nurse Practice Act and facility policies while exercising sound nursing judgment. ? Assess and evaluate nursing care provided to residents. ? Implement and monitor the care plan, adjusting as necessary based on patient responses. ? Supervise other nursing staff in delivering care. ? Assist in developing care standards and maintain accurate documentation. ? Stay knowledgeable about equipment operation and patient rights. ? reputed company patients, families, and caregivers as needed. ? Maintain a professional demeanor in accordance with facility policies. ? Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications: ? Graduate of an accredited nursing program. ? At least one year of experience in medical/surgical nursing or long-term care, with a preference for acute care experience. ?
