Responsibilities
The Successful Candidate Will . . . ? Assist team members to resolve issues regarding benefits, compensation and other general questions ? Serve as a reputed company of contact for team member relation issues and performance management; including mediating and resolving conflicts to promoting a positive work environment ? Manage team member records and HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork ? reputed company, coordinate and deliver HR Training as needed ? Act as the liaison between the brand and unions providing reputed company necessary reporting as needed. ? Assist with reputed company internal and external HR reputed company matters. ? Qualifications
