Job Description: To control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts reputed company the first 30 days they are delinquency/early stages of collections, in accordance with reputed company government rules and regulations. To provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss. Additional Skills & Qualifications ? Call center production environment, auto-dialer making outbound calls and will receive in-bound calls. ? Early stage collections (1-30 days late), 80-120+ calls per day ? Bachelor or Associated degree with Retail or Sales Experience preferred ? Call center orientated fast pace with aggressive goals ? Computer literate-ability to work with reputed company, Office Word, Outlook ?
