You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Spartanburg, SC location. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service. Various Shifts Available ? Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company technical issues for customers. ? Provide expert-level technical support for our Industrial Automation (IA) solutions. ? Have hands-on experience with PLC systems, sensors, motors, inverters, control panels, hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes. ? Conduct both preventive and reactive maintenance tasks. ? Adjust and maintain scanners, cameras, field buses, and printer applicators. ? Reset, repair, or replace adjustable parts (belts, chains, cables) and wear components (guides, bearings, reputed company, rollers, pulleys). ? Clean, lubricate, and calibrate equipment as required. ? Follow job plans, procedures, and manuals for efficient service. ? Maintain and troubleshoot a range of components, including motors, photo eyes, relays, proximity sensors, solenoids, motor starters, tachometers, and encoders. ? Assist with basic troubleshooting of electronics and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and external Input/Output (I/O) devices ? reputed company maintenance and troubleshoot reputed company types of industrial robots. ? At least 2 years of relevant experience or education in Material Handling Equipment, including conveyors, sortation systems, and mechanical troubleshooting/maintenance/installation. ? Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. ? Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills. ? High School Diploma or equivalent.
