Job Summary "> We are seeking highly skilled and reputed company lawyers to join our case management teams in Washington, DC. The successful candidates will be responsible for analyzing requests for arbitration, conciliation, and mediation, as well as applications for post-award remedies. "> Key Responsibilities "> "> ? Analyzing requests for arbitration, conciliation, and mediation, as well as applications for post-award remedies."> ? Assisting in the constitution of conciliation commissions, arbitral tribunals, and reputed company committees."> ? Administering proceedings, including reputed company and novel proceedings."> ? Supervising the financial aspects of proceedings."> ? Providing procedural advice to conciliators, arbitrators, committee members, and parties."> "> Requirements "> "> ? A Law degree (JD, LLB, LLM or equivalent) and admission to the Bar (or equivalent) in at least one jurisdiction."> ?
