Shift: Varying full-time The Maintenance staff performs a variety of tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the parking facility, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client?s expectations. Depending on the needs of the location, the Maintenance staff is responsible for general maintenance and repair of parking equipment. The Maintenance staff works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that standards are met at reputed company times. Key Responsibilities ? Assist with sign installation and/removal, litter pick-up and garbage removal ? Snow removal and pressure washing as directed ? Representing the company in the case of accidents reputed company the facility ? Coordinating with the property reputed company as required with any garage and/or parking reputed company issue ? Assist with repair of broken reputed company arms ? Other duties as assigned ? Responsible for equipment belonging to Reimagined or the Property Manager valued at reputed company from $200.00 up to $50,000 ?
