We are seeking a part-time detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join reputed company at Western Vascular Institute. You'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care by managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting patients with their inquiries. Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. ? Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments. ? Provide general information to patients about our services and policies. ? Verify patient information and update records as needed. ? Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient communication. ? Handle a high volume of calls with efficiency and reputed company. ? Ensure company?s policies and reputed company requirements are met. Skills + Experience ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Prior experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred. ? Strong communication and organizational skills. ? Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. ? Familiarity with medical terminology/Vascular is a plus. ?
