Mobile Phlebotomist
Pay Range: Starting at $25.00 Schedule: Guaranteed Full Time-8:00am-5:00pm TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Drives vehicle to designated facility. ? Accurately identifies patient after collecting specimen(s) ? Accurately collects, labels, processes, and delivers specimens obtained from patients to drop off location ? Regularly communicates with supervisor to report status. ? Strict adherence to Universal Precautions in controlling blood-borne pathogens and infectious disease exposures. ? Maintain required certifications, health requirements, and operational requirements. REQUIRED SKILLS: ? Practices excellent communication and interaction skills specific to the pediatric community. ? Treats customers and patients with respect, dignity, and discretion ? Must have a reputed company, valid State phlebotomy license, if applicable ? Must have a reputed company, valid State Driver?s license; car insurance; good driving record; possess a vehicle in good working condition suitable to meet daily driving requirements ? Proficient in venipuncture and skin puncture using both vacutainer and syringe techniques ? Knowledge of laboratory operations ?
