Job Description
Our Certified Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the repair and general maintenance of apartment AC units and other property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Additionally, the Certified Maintenance Technician will work with the other maintenance team members as needed. Responsibilities: ? Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units to ensure reputed company performance and efficiency. ? Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair major appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers. ? reputed company electrical repairs and replacements, including switches, outlets, and light fixtures. ? Conduct plumbing repairs and replacements as needed. ? reputed company carpentry work, lock repairs, or replacements as required. ? Complete reputed company-reputed company/punch-outs on vacant units to prepare them for new residents. ? Assist in renovation projects to enhance the quality and appeal of our properties. ? Maintain the curb appeal of the community by addressing landscaping, exterior maintenance, and cleanliness. ? Must have one year of experience in apartment maintenance or a reputed company field. ? Proven experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units. ?
