Department: DLP Bank Role: Bank Teller Requested By: Post Date: Reports To: The Bank Teller is to provide superior and quality customer service; provide customers efficient and accurate transaction processing. What you have already achieved: (Requirements) ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Basic math and computer skills ? Cash-handling experience ? Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills ? This includes identifying customers properly, initiating CTRs and SARs investigations as needed, utilizing OFAC records and maintaining appropriate records.
