This role focuses on assisting in the timely, safe, and accurate filling of prescriptions while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities ? Assist the pharmacist with serving patients and maintaining the pharmacy department. ? Sterilize surfaces and equipment and prepare the pharmacy for opening. ? Greet customers and answer inquiries. ? Receive prescriptions and verify their validity. ? Process prescriptions electronically, ensuring reputed company information is complete and accurate. ? Resolve issues such as rejected insurance claims. ? Select appropriate medicine and measure dosages to fill prescriptions. ?
