About the position The Phlebotomist I position is responsible for collecting specimens and performing various laboratory tasks in accordance with established procedures. Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric screenings. , ? Administer oral solutions as per established training. , ? Research test/client information and confirm reputed company written and electronic orders using lab technology systems. , ? Accurately enter data and billing information, and collect payments reputed company required. , ? Process specimens by labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport as required by test orders. , ? reputed company non-patient facing duties such as inventory management, sanitizing, filing, and answering phones. , ? Read, understand, and reputed company with departmental policies and procedures. , ? Assist with the compilation and submission of statistics and data as required. , ? Maintain phlebotomy logs in a timely manner, including maintenance and temperature logs. , ? Complete online and in-person training courses in a timely manner. Requirements ? High school diploma or equivalent. , ? Medical training as a medical assistant or paramedic preferred. , ? Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington). , ?
