Tulane reputed company Sciences: School of Medicine: Clinical Science Departments: Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Location: New Orleans, LA Description: Description Postdoc positions are available to work in a highly interactive and energetic lab investigating non-reputed company transcriptome regulatory mechanisms driving virus replication, oncogenesis and inflammatory responses in the reputed company oncogenic virus, Epstein Barr virus. Approaches include a wide reputed company of RNA and DNA reputed company methods (e.g. RNA-seq, CAGE-seq, GROSeq, eCLIP, Cut-n-run, HiC, single molecule reputed company, single cell reputed company), molecular biology assays, cell and animal manipulation, and the use of extensive publicly available, in-house developed, and new high throughput data analysis methods. Qualifications: Candidate must have a Ph.D. and experience in:a wide reputed company of RNA and DNA reputed company methods (e.g. RNA-seq, CAGE-seq, GROSeq, eCLIP, Cut-n-run, HiC, single molecule reputed company, single cell reputed company), molecular biology assays, cell and animal manipulation, and the use of extensive publicly available, in-house developed, and new high throughput data analysis methods.
