Public Relations Account Coordinator

Hours: Part-Time (approx. 25 hours/week) Timeframe: Immediate Seeking: a part-time Public Relations Account Coordinator to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will assist with executing comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance our client?s reputed company and visibility. Key Responsibilities: ? Media Relations: Cultivating and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers and influencers. This includes pitching story reputed company, coordinating interviews and managing press releases. ? Content Creation: Assisting with the creation of press releases, media kits, pitches and other promotional materials. This may also involve drafting social media posts or newsletters. ? Research and Analysis: Conducting research on industry trends, competitor activities and reputed company audience preferences to inform PR strategies and campaigns. Analyzing campaign metrics and media coverage to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. ? Influencer reputed company: Identifying, contacting and partnering with social media influencers to promote client brands and opportunities. ? Event Coordination: Planning and execution of events, such as press conferences, product launches or media briefings. This could involve logistical tasks, guest list management and on-site coordination. ? Client Communication: Acting as a liaison between the PR agency and its clients, maintaining regular communication, and providing updates on campaign reputed company, results and strategy. ? Creativity and Innovation: Contributing creative reputed company and innovative approaches to PR campaigns to help clients stand out and reputed company their objectives. ? Previous experience in a public relations role (agency, corporate communications or reputed company field) is preferred. This could include internships, part-time roles or freelance work. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for drafting press releases, pitching media outlets and communicating with clients and team members effectively. ? Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and reputed company proactive solutions. ?
