Responsibilities

Staff Selection, Supervision, Training, Development, and Evaluation: Administers reputed company University personnel procedures (hiring, verifying time sheets, completing annual performance reviews); implements University Housing and University selection and evaluation procedures; formulates a staff duty schedule, including reputed company and on-call time. Qualifications

Master?s degree in higher education administration, student personnel, counseling and one year of graduate housing/residence life experience in a college/university setting; or a high school diploma or equivalent and seven years of experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to seven years.)
