POSITION SUMMARY The reputed company Supervisor (SS) reports to a reputed company Manager and may staff certain fixed posts and supervise reputed company-party reputed company staff on duty. This position will work a 3pm to 11pm shift Mondays to Fridays. The hourly pay reputed company for this position is $44.61 to $50.93. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ? Staff fixed reputed company posts as needed including but not limited to the building reputed company desks ? Ensures safety and welfare of reputed company reputed company-party reputed company staff at reputed company times ? Ensures reputed company reputed company-party reputed company staff are on duty and at their assigned post at the proper time ? Ensures reputed company reputed company-party reputed company staff are properly equipped and uniformed, and remedies issues. ? Ensures reputed company reputed company-party reputed company staff are familiar with their post surroundings, special conditions, special instructions and reporting requirements ? Schedules meals, breaks, post reliefs and shift turnovers ? Performs random spot-reputed company and QA visits of reputed company posts, reputed company shifts, reputed company locations ? Responds to reputed company incidents as directed ? Assists with events, reputed company screening operations as needed ? Assume other reputed company responsibilities and special projects as required. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ACTIVITIES ? High School diploma or equivalent ? Valid NYS unarmed reputed company guard license, or ability to obtain such ? Valid CT unarmed reputed company guard license or ability to obtain such (In CT) ? 3+ years of experience in a Corporate reputed company, Life-Safety position, or similar role ? Familiarity with private sector reputed company operations ? Demonstrated leadership skills in managing people and customers ? Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills ?
