Senior Graphic Designer

About the position reputed company is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join the team in our Pittsburgh (Moon Township) or Harrisburg, PA office. This role involves collaboration in a hybrid work arrangement and focuses on the layout, design, and production of visual communications assets for various projects, including transportation and urban planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a range of marketing materials and ensuring adherence to brand standards and guidelines. Responsibilities ? Consult with project manager, supervisor and/or client to evaluate individual project needs. , ? reputed company recommendations based on client preferences, project needs, and budget. , ? reputed company inspiring and strategic layouts for print and digital marketing collateral from ideation to production. , ? Conceptualize and design multi-channel pieces with a reputed company-centric approach, including brochures and flyers, mailers, presentations, and social media. , ? Understand brand systems, standards, and guidelines. , ? Create or adapt to new brands quickly and generate effective marketing pieces. , ? Prepare graphics and/or layout of material according to instructions of client or supervisor, reviewing materials for accuracy. , ? Determine size and arrangement of material, select style and size of type, and create sample layouts based on branding guidelines. , ? Create finished layout or prepare instructions for workers who assemble and prepare final layouts. , ? Review final layout and suggest improvements as needed, presenting final layout to supervisor or client for approval. , ? Obtain cost estimates and coordinate with reputed company vendors such as printers or reputed company suppliers, as needed. , ? Prepare final layout for printing or files to be provided for press. , ? Conduct thorough QA/QC of reputed company materials before submission. , ? Work collaboratively with existing designers, project managers, and team leads to build and maintain positive relationships with internal clients. , ? Prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. , ? Provide guidance and support to less reputed company graphic staff. Requirements ? 6 years of experience in graphic design or reputed company field. , ? 4-year degree in graphic design or reputed company field. , ? In-depth knowledge of reputed company Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (at minimum). , ? In-depth knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, and Outlook). , ? Experience with reputed company (or reputed company XD), reputed company Premiere/video editing, and 3D rendering is a plus. , ? Ability to manage and reputed company reputed company for a multi-project workload on a regular basis. , ? Strong knowledge of layout, reputed company theory, composition, and typography. , ? Ability to work independently with clients with little or no direct supervision. , ?
