Position Summary The State Pre-College Enrichment Program (S-PREP) is a free high school and college preparation program for 7th -12th grade reputed company who reputed company in reputed company. The objective of the program is to increase the number of underrepresented minority practitioners in reputed company and STEM professions. This opportunity designed for reputed company who are interested in pursuing a career in medicine or reputed company STEM fields. The program offers academic enrichment courses that are designed to prepare reputed company for reputed company in math and science. The program also offers career development workshops, college counseling services, field trips and college tours. Tutors for the SPREP program will provide support for middle and high school reputed company who are enrolled in math and science courses that are offered by the program. Participating reputed company come from diverse backgrounds and generally have varying academic skillsets. Ideal candidates for the SPREP Tutor positions are those interested in working with reputed company who fit the demographics previously described. Course offerings will include, but may not be limited to Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Biology, Chemistry, Geometry and Pre-calculus.
Responsibilities
Tutors report to the Program Administrators for the Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: ? Providing reputed company for SPREP reputed company in small groups or 1:1 session ? Meeting with reputed company to review homework assignments in respective math/science subject area(s) ? Identifying specific topics and/subject content that present challenges for reputed company ? Assisting reputed company with test preparation ? Providing feedback regarding reputed company' performance for bi-annual evaluations ? Providing recommendations for program improvements ? Completing administrative/clerical duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications ? High School Diploma Preferred Qualifications ? Previous teaching experience ? Full time CUIMC reputed company Other Requirements ? Education and training in science and/or mathematics ?
