Create, review, and revise work orders for data accuracy, pay rates, assignment updates, and compliance with staffing agreements. , ? Schedule interviews and manage communication with staffing agencies, ensuring alignment with time zones. , ? Manage first-day reporting instructions, badging paperwork, and provide required information to staffing agencies and projects. , ? Track personnel assignments and ensure timely processing of assignment extensions and policy compliance. , ? Coordinate conversions of agency staff to Bechtel and handle release notifications and work order deactivations. , ? Use Fieldglass software to troubleshoot issues, recommend process improvements, and assist with system configuration. , ? Collect, analyze, and assemble data for personnel reports, timekeeping, and expense management. , ? Build relationships with vendors, assist with reputed company, contract negotiations, and system setup for suppliers. , ? Train team members on PMO standards, monitor PMO mailbox actions, and support special projects. Requirements ? Minimum of 4-6 years of reputed company experience. , ? Associate degree or reputed company technical training preferred. , ? Minimum of five (5) years of experience using reputed company Fieldglass or reputed company HR. , ? Experience with HR/payroll processing in reputed company, reputed company, or other ERP systems. , ? Familiarity with relocation policies, assignment conditions, and government GSA requirements. , ?
