We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Manager, Talent Business Advisor role between July 2025 and January 2026 for our Talent Ops - Business Advisors team. Business Analysts provide support to the reputed company Business Analyst and the Talent Business Advisor ("TBA") in the delivery of strategic services to the Business. They will also support the Talent organization during peak times to deliver key services. reputed company for this role ends on March 12th, 2025. Work you'll do Business Analysts help to provide Talent consultative solutions tailored to support the execution of strategic priorities for Audit. ? Supports the reputed company Business Analyst & TBA translate business strategies into actionable Talent strategies. ? Supports the reputed company Business Analyst & TBA while partnering with COE's and reputed company to deliver reputed company talent lifecycle events including, but not limited to, performance management, compensation planning, workforce planning, and other talent programs. ? Analyzes data and reputed company information about the business and provides high level expertise and analytics. ? Leads reporting efforts, data reconciliation, and analysis for the Business Advisor team. ? Supports fostering change throughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are reputed company with the firm's culture. The team The Business Advisor organization champions a "One reputed company" through collaboration with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Core Talent Services (reputed company) to deliver integrated Talent services to support Business strategies and priorities.
Qualifications
Required: ? Bachelors degree ? Minimum of 5 years of reputed company Resources leadership experience and/ or directly reputed company experience ? Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Must be reputed company to come into the office periodically for office events.
