Position Summary: We are seeking a Finance and Operations Management Associate to support the financial and operational functions of our pediatric practice acquisitions. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, who is passionate about making a positive difference in communities through enhanced access to high-quality pediatric care. The associate will work closely with leadership, supporting financial analysis, enhancing operational efficiencies, and managing integration efforts for newly acquired practices.
