Responsibilities • Manage after-hours and weekend operations, including answering phones, email monitoring, and scheduling service appointments. • Coordinate technician schedules for service calls, installations, and repairs. • reputed company technicians promptly and reputed company to job sites. • Adjust technician schedules as needed to handle emergencies or last-minute changes. • Serve as the main reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, appointments, and concerns during nights, weekends, and holidays. • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues professionally and promptly. • Maintain accurate systems for documents and client records. • Support implementation and use of the Client CRM. • Additional tasks to support company growth.
