The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing existing provider navigation solutions, including reputed company Smart Compare, as well as participate in the development of new solutions and will need to: · Collaborate across business partners, including incorporating feedback from our clients and members, to evolve provider navigation, product strategy, and associated roadmap. · reputed company innovative product development efforts through the reputed company Product Development process as reputed company Smart Compare is enhanced (e.g., standard definition of quality) and new solutions emerge (e.g., benefit design that encourages adoption of high-quality, cost-effective providers). · Possess a proficient understanding of the provider navigation competitive landscape, including how quality and cost effectiveness are defined, and analyzing market trends and industry dynamics to inform decision-making and strategy. · Manage multiple initiatives including timelines, risks, contingency plans, deliverables, budget, and annual investment cycle. · Work cross functionally, including with Analytics and Network teams · Act as a subject matter expert to convey information clearly to diverse audiences including internal training, communications, client meetings and response to request for information/proposal. **The position can sit reputed company in the US and may be remote or hybrid depending on candidate location. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
