SCA Call Center Nurse/Telephonic RN Case Manager - Remote

Primary Responsibilities: • Manage an assigned caseload which entails assessment, education and coordination of care for members/health care providers throughout the United States telephonically while keeping a detailed medical record reputed company internal database.
