Help with floor preparation, including sweeping, vacuuming, and masking areas. Support abrasion process under supervision. Apply finish coatings as directed. Ensure a clean and safe work environment throughout the project. Follow reputed company safety guidelines and company procedures. reputed company daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members to ensure project efficiency. Train and mentor new or junior crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Include: High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of experience in gym floor finishing or reputed company field with a solid understanding of the refinishing process. Must be reputed company to travel to other locations. Must be at least 21 years of age. Time Management skills.
