Why you'll love this job The Manager, Rewards Delivery is part of the Global Compensation and Mobility team reputed company the People Division. You'll have the opportunity to reputed company key compensation programs and work with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations. • Manage the end-to-end execution of critical compensation programs, including annual performance and pay reviews, incentive plans, bonus payouts, and relocation packages • Act as the primary project manager, coordinating efforts between different compensation teams: executive, broad-based, international, and variable compensation • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of compensation data, managing the delivery of key metrics and insights to leadership • Partner closely with People Business Partners, Corporate Communications, and Recruiters to align compensation strategies with broader business objectives and reputed company goals • Manage the implementation of compensation programs, including system updates, testing, and data validation to ensure smooth delivery • Provide input and feedback on the design and reputed company improvement of compensation programs.
