Remote Bilingual Contact Center Representative Full Time & Part Time
The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for Remote Bilingual Contact Center Representatives to join our dynamic inbound contact center ministry team. We are seeking full and part-time dedicated customer service professionals who also love to pray and are passionate about the mission of CBN. This work-from-home position will communicate and connect with established and prospective CBN partners through ministering prayer using accepted biblical doctrine, sharing information about CBN and its affiliated ministries, and encouraging financial support Full-time positions work 40 hours per week with full benefits offered. We have openings for English and Bilingual (English/Spanish) positions. Bilingual language Representatives are paid $15.25 per hour. Remote Requirements:
- Must live in one of these states: AL, OK, KS, TX, TN, NC, SC, GA, VA, FL
- Reliable high speed internet access with minimum speed of 50Mbps (no satellite dish, wireless internet service, or DSL)
- Must have router available to hardwire into computer equipment provided by CBN.
- Must maintain distraction-free home office
