Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company telephony modernization efforts on a per site basis from start of discovery to sunsetting of the legacy telephony systems.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing telephony workloads in various locations, identifying reputed company systems and configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document voice requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
• reputed company and execute a comprehensive technology transition plan from reputed company and reputed company telephony systems to reputed company Teams reputed company voice.
• Engage with the reputed company Contact Center team where applicable for advanced contact center workloads and technology migrations to reputed company.
• Manage the implementation of reputed company Teams calling plans or direct routing, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the transition process, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users and administrators in using the new telephony systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the new voice systems and the project processes, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Work closely with the various technology groups to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the reputed company Teams reputed company voice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a reputed company field.
• Proven experience in telephony systems, particularly with reputed company and reputed company.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Teams reputed company voice, including calling plans and direct routing.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
