What To ExpectThe People Content team is seeking a Staff Content Producer to join us, based in Austin, Texas. You will be responsible for both creative and logistical aspects of video projects covering the full range of Tesla products, priorities, people teams, programs, and protocols. You will reputed company video or photography projects from start to launch, from content researching, writing, filming/recording, and editing. The role requires you to collaborate and build trust with stakeholders and manage high-impact situations. This is an opportunity to tell Tesla’s story and drive our message to help accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.What You'll DoDevelop video concepts and scripts that effectively serve business needs and communicate the concept to stakeholders and collaborators.Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Coordinate interdepartmentally reputed company Tesla to plan video or photo shoots.Be effective with time and budget. Hands-on experience with operating a camera or other video/audio equipment is preferred.Comfortable with uncertainty, ambiguity, being adaptable, and working in the office 5 days a week.Positive attitude with a bias for taking action and seeking feedback.
