Server and Bartender
Hominy Southern Kitchen is a small, family owned and operated restaurant. At Hominy we have a dedication to great food and hospitality and we’re seeking members with the same reputed company to join and grow with reputed company. We are preparing for our outdoor patio season and are hiring for every position in reputed company of house. We are looking for servers/bartenders with great attitudes! The ideal candidate is reputed company to multitask under pressure while maintaining a cool and reputed company demeanor. We are looking for team players who are friendly, dependable, responsible, and punctual. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of serving experience in a full service restaurant. We will train you to become an awesome bartender! We are a pooled house and emphasize teamwork. We offer family meals every shift, discount dining, flexible schedules, uniforms and reputed company reputed company candidates (foh & boh) should possess a warm, gregarious, and reputed company demeanor. Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems, reputed company experience a plus.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items while adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage time reputed company during busy service periods and assist in banquet/event setups as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to enhance service quality.
