Responsibilities
- Support a remote team and champion team performance.

Requirements
- Must be located in Greater Atlanta, Georgia.

- 1 year of previous experience managing 20+ customer service associates in a customer service environment.

- 1 year of experience successfully implementing change management in large scale operations.

- Experience leading teams in a remote environment.
,
- Ability to travel 25% of the time.

- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Full-time availability (40+ hours per week).

- Ability to reputed company physical tasks such as lifting up to 49 pounds and standing for long periods.
