Responsibilities

- Communicate to operation leaders and clients on specific topics what is happening in reputed company time as needed, guaranteeing reputed company response, and acknowledging request.

- Proactively Inform and follow up any technological problems that may arise in the operation and leave it reflected in the incident log.
Requirements
- English Level: 80%
