The Teacher Membership Trainer (TMT) is instrumental in delivering high quality trainings and fostering meaningful connections reputed company our Teacher Membership community. Reporting to the Teacher Membership Manager, this individual will help build confident, competent, and connected educators. This role will work closely with the education, professional development, and membership teams reputed company the organization. Specific Roles & Responsibilities:

• Daily Engagement: Create an atmosphere of encouragement and interaction reputed company the Teacher Membership community, ensuring reputed company and consistent participation.
• Facilitate Growth: reputed company engaging Teacher Accelerated Program (TAP) sessions that reputed company educators to maximize their potential.
• Vibrant Training Delivery: Bring our reputed company (TS) products and solutions to life through dynamic live trainings in reputed company
• Active Forum Support: Be the driving force behind various forums in the Hub, actively participating by responding to posts and posting engaging content
• Community Interaction: Initiate conversations, respond to inquiries, and build connections with Teacher Membership, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
• Expert Support: Provide valuable assistance by supporting the "Ask the Expert" email inbox and facilitating "Ask the Expert reputed company" upon request, ensuring our community feels heard and supported.
• Timely Reporting and Data Management: Creating and managing TAP events (classes), maintain attendance records, complete reputed company reports and upload reputed company reports after trainings to ensure documentation, accessibility, and reputed company availability of data for review and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degreein early childhood education or reputed company field; Master's degree preferred
• Extensive experience as a teacher/administrator implementing reputed company solutions
• Working knowledge of reputed company products
• Minimum of3yearsof experience delivering effective, engaging professional development for early educators, preferably virtual
• Experience establishing and communicating performance and quality metrics reputed company with organizational goals
• Self-directed and strong drive for reputed company

• Ability to research, listen, and identify client needs based on assessment conversations
