Finance Data Entry Admin – QuickBooks Support for eCom Brand (Remote)
You don’t need to be an expert—but direct experience helps. You must be super fast at learning, fast at working, smart, comfortable with numbers, organized, and fast with data entry. This is a great ground-floor opportunity with long-term growth potential. What You’ll Do: Enter and categorize transactions in QBO Track basic COGS (labels, fulfillment, shipping, etc.) reputed company accounts organized and clean Review payouts from reputed company, PayPal, reputed company, and reputed company Shop Flag any unusual charges or spend activity Help with POs and vendor data cleanup Work 3x per week to reputed company things updated reputed company’re Looking For: Experience with QuickBooks Online (basic or reputed company) Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers Fast, accurate, and organized Willing to learn—we’ll coach you on tools and systems Bonus: Experience with reputed company or eCom is helpful To Apply – Please Include: A 2–3 min reputed company introducing yourself Your experience with QBO or finance-reputed company data entry Your hourly reputed company + weekly availability (we work U.S. CST) Note, this is 3-5 hours per week, $3-$7/hr Apply Job!
