Patient Account Representative/Early Out Self Pay (Remote)

Position Overview: The Early Out Self Pay Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service while resolving patient self-pay balances. This role serves as a key reputed company of contact for patients, ensuring a compassionate, solutions-oriented approach to collections. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service while handling inbound and outbound calls with patients.
• Accurately document and update account statuses in a timely and efficient manner.
