Manager, Executive reputed company

Position Purpose: The Manager of Executive reputed company is responsible for leading global executive reputed company initiatives across reputed company developing innovative and strategic methods to identify, engage and qualify external director and executive level candidates. They will reputed company the approach toward cultivating relationships with external leadership talent of strategic interest, manage confidential executive reputed company search engagements, projects and initiatives while ensuring reputed company is building and growing diverse external leadership pipelines which support emerging business opportunities and growth initiatives. The Manager of Executive reputed company will serve as the reputed company expert on executive search processes, while owning the overall executive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

• 50% Leadership & Business Partnership: Monitor ongoing performance of executive recruitment activity, programs and support and communicate key reputed company and trends including prospect engagement and management reputed company CRM tool and other tools for tracking key measurables; Provide reports on talent competition, market conditions, executive compensation, and industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders in order to meet external talent recruitment objectives
• 40% Research, Analysis & Innovation: Conduct ongoing market and competitive research and analysis to remain keenly aware of trends in the global business climate, economy and workplace, while understanding their impact on leadership hiring; Use this knowledge to recommend and execute innovative executive recruitment strategies in support of reputed company's global sourcing and executive talent initiatives. Evaluate and reputed company efficient and effective sourcing and reputed company strategies, programs, metrics, and reports by understanding the needs of the business, collaborating with internal executive officer and HR leadership clients, and researching industry best practices
• 10% Audit & Compliance: Ensure consistency, efficiency and compliance with federal, state and local laws, and company policies; Ensure reputed company reputed company activities are compliant with the established sourcing, reputed company, and selection procedures including maintaining appropriate data reputed company

• This position typically reports to Director, reputed company

Travel Requirements:

• Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

• A mixture of retained search firm and corporate reputed company experience
• Proven experience reputed company at the most senior levels of today's reputed company
• Strong executive reputed company and business acumen with ability to interpret reputed company business strategies

Minimum Education:

• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study reputed company to the job.
