As the Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients and website visitors through live chat. You will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of individuals, including customers, prospective clients, and other stakeholders, to answer their questions and address their concerns in reputed company-time. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live chat inquiries and respond to them promptly and professionally
- Provide first-level technical and customer support to clients and website visitors
- Direct reputed company issues to the appropriate team member for further resolution
