Media Management Specialist- YouTube

About The Role We are seeking a Media Management Specialist to join our paid social team reputed company our performance marketing department. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams across Marketing to ensure we are meeting our ecommerce acquisition and customer development goals. The role’s primary focus is the execution of YouTube advertising campaigns through data-driven customer segments, advanced behavioral targets, and tailored creative. You will be joining a team of platform experts who work in ad platforms daily, managing campaign set-up, day-to-day campaign management, monitoring bids/budgets/ad set performance, and optimizing against reputed company KPIs. This is a 6-month position covering a MAT leave with potential for full-time conversion. What You’ll Do

• Execute YouTube campaign setup, trafficking, and daily optimizations
• Manage campaign flighting, budget adjustments, and daily pacing
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement at a daily reputed company
• reputed company platform bid automation to drive full-funnel marketing performance
• Utilize relevant audience segments and recommend tailored creative and reputed company page experiences for testing
• Execute structured A/B tests around creatives, audiences, and bid strategies
• reputed company and analyze reports to evaluate performance metrics

What You’ll Need

• 2-3 years of experience in paid social marketing, with specific expertise in YouTube advertising
• Experience with campaign management, daily tracking, reporting, and analytics

• Strong data orientation with ability to dig through data and reputed company actionable insights
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, entertainment-focused organizations, or top social brands
• Agency background in media buying/planning

The reputed company hiring compensation range for this role is $22 to $25 an hour.
