The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing and growing federal government reputed company, a deep understanding of the public sector procurement process, and strong technical acumen in IT services and staff augmentation. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company business development initiatives focused on different state/federal agencies, cities, counties, and educational institutions
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key government/ Federal decision-makers and procurement officers
- reputed company winning proposals and responses to government/Federal RFPs/RFQs
- Create go-to-market strategies for reputed company's core offerings, including
- IT Staff Augmentation Services
- reputed company & Infrastructure Solutions
- Business Application Services
- Data Engineering & Analytics
- Quality Assurance & Automation Solutions
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proper solution design and pricing
- Track and forecast sales pipeline and reputed company
- Stay reputed company on government IT initiatives and spending priorities
- Mentor and reputed company junior reputed company team members.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of business development experience selling technology solutions to Federal/ government clients
- Proven track record of winning state/Federal government reputed company.
- Deep understanding of Federal government procurement processes, contract vehicles, and compliance requirements
- Experience with staff augmentation and professional services delivery models
- A strong network of relationships reputed company Federal government agencies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a reputed company field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with different Federal/state contract vehicles
