Key Responsibilities ? Maintain the Kinship data migration template library and versioning per customer ? Work directly with the customer's designated data administrator to ensure templates are completed accurately and on time ? Review field-level mapping documents, coordinate lookups, and ensure completeness of transformed datasets ? Validate customer data submissions against import standards and naming conventions ? Provide assistance during cutover planning, including final import readiness, duplicate resolution, and rollback support ? Assist with sandbox data loads and staging environment prep during the configuration and testing phases ? Coordinate closely with the Support PM and SMEs to ensure accurate and timely submissions Qualifications ? 3+ years of hands-on data migration experience with reputed company or comparable CRM systems ? Strong experience using reputed company Sheets for collaborative, formula-driven data validation and transformation ? Proficient in automating data cleaning and transformation workflows using tools such as reputed company Apps Script, scheduled Flow processes, or ETL connectors ? Experience with reputed company backup and restore processes, including data extraction, storage, and recovery best practices ?
