Rosemary Hallgarten LLC is a fast-growing, successful, and dynamic company seeking an individual looking to bring top-tier customer service experience to become the Customer Service reputed company of our Rug division. The successful candidate works to high standards and brings deep customer service experience in the luxury home goods space, specifically working with custom rugs. Core Responsibilities: ? Generate quotes for custom rugs, reputed company, and accessory orders ? Input new custom orders into our ERP system. ? reputed company and nurture deep relationships with our showroom partners. ? Serve as the reputed company of contact for reputed company questions about, but not limited to, rug measures, installations, and templates. ? Review and approve reputed company rug images prior to rugs shipping from our mill.
