About the Role

Design and implement training programs to improve the performance and skills of livestream hosts. ? Identify key areas for improvement, structure development plans, and measure training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback loops. 3. Global Team Collaboration ? Work effectively reputed company an international team, managing communication and coordination across diverse cultural backgrounds and time zones. ? Be willing to work reputed company, including evening availability for team meetings. 4. Execution & Operations ? Experience in the software/IT industry is highly preferred. ? Proven experience in building candidate personas and hiring strategies from scratch using data-driven approaches. ? Experience in designing and implementing training programs with measurable results. ? Strong ability to work with international teams across different time zones, with flexibility for occasional evening meetings. ? Exceptional execution skills with a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented reputed company. ? Outstanding communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders.
