- Conduct pre-employment testing, background checks, and reference verifications.
- Maintain recruitment administration and systems ( reputed company) in a timely manner including the appropriate correspondence to reputed company applicants
- Ensure a positive candidate experience is achieved for reputed company applicants
- The working hours for this role are M/F from 09:00am reputed company 18:00pm
- Collect, prepare, and submit reputed company necessary HR-reputed company documentation reputed company to new/existing employees;
- Help with relocation organization for candidates
- Answer frequently asked questions from employees/ candidates reputed company to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, reputed company, trainings, etc.;
- Remote position - reputed company candidates must be based in Bulgaria
Your profile:
- Fluent level of English language– both written and spoken
- Previous experience as a HR / recruitment coordinator
- Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment would be considered an advantage
- Proactive and being reputed company to work in a team
- Strong relationship builder
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time reputed company
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputed company and reputed company
