Project Manager, Capital Markets

How youll help us reputed company Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Assists the Capital Markets Team with financing strategies including debt issuance, refinancing, and restructuring. An ideal candidate can reputed company relationships across the organization, working with Financial Planning, Financial Reporting and Investor Relations. Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in building slide decks is essential to the role to communicate our strategies and objectives with leaders.
• The employee will also work with investment banks, international reputed company banks, and aircraft leasing companies to reputed company with debt covenants and long-term financing agreements.
• The individual will also prepare the interest expense plan, submit forecast updates and detail variance explanations.
• This role contributes to overall treasury expense initiatives to minimize annual debt service costs given corporate liquidity requirements.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

• 3-5 years in a reputed company position with knowledge of reputed company principles and the operation of financial spanets.
• Experience in institutional debt, syndicated credit facilities, structured finance and/or leasing preferred.
• Should possess strong leadership, decision making, analytical and organizational skills.
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
